Youth Support Navigators

Our Youth Support Navigators connect youth with the right support at the right time to help them manage challenges big or small, access community services and supports, and enhance their connection to culture and the community in order to live a healthy lifestyle.

Rather than just providing referrals, Youth Support Navigators introduce youth to supports and assist them in following through with their appointments. Barriers for vulnerable youth include meeting new people, filling out paperwork, and telling their story over and over again. Our Navigators walk alongside clients through intake and referral processes, easing anxieties and eliminating barriers.

Our program is part of the Integrated Coordinated Access (ICA) system in Lethbridge which has been co-created by CMHA, key stakeholders and the City of Lethbridge.
