Programs

Youth Connections: The CORE is a short-term place for young people to stay who are not living at home for various reasons, or who are struggling with family or placement conflict.

Family and Natural Supports
This program focuses on strengthening relationships between vulnerable youth and their families with a focus on preventing, reducing and ending homelessness.

Crisis and Resource Support
Crisis support is available to youth, parents and/or guardians, and community professionals at any time and/or for resource and referral information.
