The Inglewood Opportunity Hub (The 'Hub') is a one-stop shop for vulnerable youth. It provides a combination of services in one location, removing the barriers of having to navigate complex systems in a number of different locations.
The Hub also provides improved access to wellness opportunities, mentorship through peers and volunteers, single session walk-in therapy, addictions support and learning, skill development and employment opportunities.
Our scope of services here are targeted to multi-barriered youth up to the age of 29.

The new Inglewood Opportunity Hub (formerly the EXIT Youth Hub/EXIT Community Outreach) focuses on three main areas:
- Well-Being, Mental and Physical Health
- Specialized Employment Support
- Housing Services and Support
Our crisis and counselling services (called Eastside Community Mental Health Services) are also available at this location for individuals and families.
