Our Services

Inglewood Opportunity Hub

The Inglewood Opportunity Hub (The 'Hub') is a one-stop shop for vulnerable youth. It provides a combination of services in one location, removing the barriers of having to navigate complex systems in a number of different locations.

The Hub also provides improved access to wellness opportunities, such as yoga and hair appointments, mentorship through peers and volunteers, and learning, skill development and employment opportunities.

Our scope of services here are targeted to multi-barriered youth up to the age of 29.

The new Inglewood Opportunity Hub (formerly the EXIT Youth Hub/EXIT Community Outreach) focuses on three main areas:

  • Well-Being, Mental and Physical Health
  • Specialized Employment Support
  • Housing Services and Support

Our crisis and counselling services (called Eastside Community Mental Health Services) are also available at this location for individuals and families.
