International Overdose Awareness Day

August 31st is International Overdose Awareness Day, the world’s largest annual campaign to end overdose, remember without stigma those who have died from overdose, and acknowledge the grief of the family and friends left behind.

We spoke with Jessica and Caitlyn, who share their thoughts on IOAD, as well as open up about their personal experiences with addiction.
We also turned our Inglewood Opportunity Hub purple to recognize those in our community affected by overdose.
