The Youth and Family Counsellor is the primary worker with children, youth and families, normally on rotating shifts that provide coverage twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, and is a contributing member of a team providing service to children, youth and families within a structured setting.
As an Associate Director you will be responsible for overseeing smaller, newer collective programs while learning the larger and more complex aspects of a Director position as a growth opportunity. You will provide direction, education and supervision to a group of staff within your designated programs.
As a Development Officer, you will manage a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects consisting of individuals, foundations and corporations generating philanthropic support with a projected gift range of $10,000 - $100,000+ towards annual fundraising targets. The Officer may also assist with grant writing and other foundation events and activities as opportunities arise.
In collaboration with the passionate Foundation Team, the Development Officer, Annual Giving will take a lead role in the development of donor communication materials in support of the Annual Giving Program.
The exceptional needs program is a short-term residential transitional program for youth with complex mental health needs. In addition, the program provides a blend of weekday residential treatment and weekend at-home living.
Our Therapeutic Campus-Based Care programs are comprised of 24/7 intensive mental health services provided by a comprehensive inter-professional team.
