No-charge crisis counselling

Crisis and conflict are normal processes that everyone experiences at some point in their life. Whatever the situation or problem large or small we are here to listen and help!

For immediate, no-cost, walk-in counselling, we welcome you to visit our Eastside Family Centre (#255, 495 36 St. NE). Our Community Resource Team provides 24/7 help by phone (with professional counsellors), by text, by LiveChat and via mobile response.

Wrap up the year

Your donation in support of children’s mental health will wrap up the year in the most touching way and we’re so grateful for the support. To be eligible for a 2016 charitable tax receipt, contributions must be received or postmarked by Dec. 31.

For gifts of securities, please note that documents must be received by Dec. 16 in order to process and receipt for the 2016 calendar year.
